Abstract submission deadline extended to 31th january 2023
Dear Colleagues and friends,
The organizing committee would like to whish you an happy new year 2023.
Taking account for the request of several colleagues to extend the submission deadline, the organizing comittee has decided to offer the possibility to all of you to submit an abstract until January 31th 2023 .
The 4th African Conference in Tribology (ACT 2023) that will be held in Yamoussoukro, Ivory Coast, from April 24 to April 27, 2023.
Co-organized with the Institut National Polytechnique Houphouët-Boigny of Yamoussoukro, this 4th ACT will focus on “Current and future tribological challenges to be addressed by both academic and industrial researchers to improve our future”. Such challenges include the impact of tribology on human health, the environmental impact of tribology, etc. Once again, strong interactions between the academy and industries from all over the world are expected.
This congress will provide an opportunity for tribologists to submit their research for oral or poster presentation. A satellite forum on health and digital researches will also take place where your contributions are welcome.
As an associated theme to the scientific nature of this meeting, the organizers of the Congress would also like to emphasize the humanism of our tribology community.
We propose to aid in the development of several elementary schools located near to the conference site. If you want to contribute to this humanitarian activity, please contact us directly at act23@sciencesconf.org.

After the remarkable success of the three last editions of the African Conferences in Tribology in 2014, 2017 and 2022, we are happy to announce the 4th African Conference in Tribology (ACT 2023) that will be held in Yamoussoukro, Ivory Coast, from April 24 to April 27, 2023.
Co-organized with the Institut National Polytechnique Houphouët-Boigny of Yamoussoukro, this 4th ACT will focus on “Current and future tribological challenges to be addressed by both academic and industrial researchers to improve our future”. Abstract submission is now open and until January 15th 2023, please use the submission platform (https://act23.sciencesconf.org). After a review by the scientific committee, acceptance will be notified by e-mail by February 1st 2023 at the latest.
